Just to start off, I'm a chick, and I'm pretty sure I'm straight (well ive had a few bfs). Ok well there's this girl at my school who i just can't stop thinking about. I don't know what it is about her, maybe her AMAZING singing voice or hows she is the funniest person I've ever met. I don't know. All I know is I have to be close with her otherwise I'll feel incomplete. I don't want her in an erotic way, but I want us to be more than friends. If I tell her she'll probably tell everyone I'm a freak cause she's quite popular. So I'm just waiting for her to make the first move.

    Yeah, popular people have that effect on everyone, that's why they are popular.

    But from the popular persons perspective you are just another sucker who's fallen under their spell, especially when they realise that you don't even know them.

    Face it, you have no interest in the person, your just a sucker for attention and your think that if you associate with her you will get a lot of attention.

    its the drug of praise that you want not the person.

    Find something that you're both interested in and that should be good starting ground for a friendship, maybe start the conversation by complementing her on her voice. Either that or saving her life can lead to friendship.
