I can't stand when people flaunt their relationships on social media

I go on Facebook sometimes, I really don't know why I still do but anyway being friends with teenagers you're bound to see dumb shit.
I was on Facebook once and this friend posted a video that said "mood" with water droplet emojis(not sure what that has to do with it) and it was literally a 2 minute video of two kids sucking face... who the fuck posts this shit and thinks people wanna see that? were they just chilling and then all of the sudden "hey babe, wanna make a video of us making put and put it online" it's completely idiotic, imagine how many hours of video footage have been wasted on shit like that.... then there's this other friend who ditched me because he's got a girlfriend so of course he thinks he's got it all together, anywho I see that he posted this shit "two months with bae" really dude? two months? that's what you're bragging about? first off, nobody gives a fuck that you've been with your girl for two months, second we're both old enough to know that two months is like nothing so I can only assume his relationship is so heinous that it feels longer than that... and then there's the people who instantly change all their pictures on Facebook to them with their significant other as soon as they get one and all I can say to them (besides nobody cares) is have fun taking them down after the break up

    Who cares? Facebook (like most social media websites) is a complete waste of time anyway. It’s a site full of people bitching and moaning or boasting and bragging about how “GREAT” their lives are. It does nothing for you! Focus on something else. Go out and do something. Work on your goals and dreams. :)

    Don't let it get to you.
    I refuse to get a Facebook. My family has been wanting me to get one for years.
    I don't see the point if I could just text the ones that actually want to talk to me.

    Lol I'm so happy I was never on Facebook in high school. I created an account a few years ago for business and I still see all the same shit you're talking about so it doesn't really get any better with age.

    I would never do that because it's just too "awww" garbage. But I'd imagine they're just happy with being with each other. If you want to call that flaunting, then call it flaunting when a mother shows a pic of her new born baby. Some people are just happy. Damn man.
