I can't sit down and talk on the phone at the same time...

I've never liked talking on the phone or anything, and I don't run on a normal basis or anything, but I literally CANNOT sit down and talk on the phone. I just can't do it. Normally, I either pace back and forth, take an entire tour around my own house, or walk around my kitchen in circles. I walk the same route each time, and I can't mess up the pattern once I've started it. Honestly, if I'm not doing anything, I'll just start walking around my house. My roomates ask me why I'm nervous, and I tell them the truth that I'm not. I just naturally do that. I will literally do this for hours, hundreds of times will I walk in a circular pattern from room to room. Is this normal?

I can relate to the walking around while on the phone part. For me I don't like to talk on the phone while others are around so I'm figuring that by standing up, I have the freedom to leave the area if someone walks in. I walk around in circles too (or used to) but not to the extent you're describing, lol.

I hope you don't use your phone in public, like when you're checking out at the store or something. It really is dehumanizing.

Classic unquestionable OCD. The repetition and patterns tells it all.

I always wander around when I am on the phone too. For me, I reckon it may have something to do with the discomfort of being unable to see the other person's face while communicating. This is especially when I am talking on a mobile. If I am talking to someone on the land line, I start fidgeting or playing with the phone cord or something to compensate for being unable to walk around with the handset.
