Whenever I'm horny, I lie down and get into some good literotica or fantasy (I'm a girl). When I start getting wet I try to use my fingers, but it never feels good.     Well not some teeny bopper can or even should feel sexual pleasure. But if you are of appropriate age, at least 15, then it's totally normal. I know female friends of mine that have said that they don't masturbate with actually going "in" themselves but applying pressure to the outer area. I tried it and it actually feels better if done properly.
