  • Life isn't about winning or losing. It is about HOW you win or lose.

Just think... It's just a game.

  • Wow, the whole "Alpha Male" syndrome, it isn't like I haven't seen this before. Our race, the human race, has evoved to leave the jungles or forest (Not sure where the hell we came from but I think it was Africa) to become better toward ourselves. Yes we still keep a lot of the stupid ideas like having to be #1 at everything.

It is PHYSICALLY IMPOSSIBLE for you to always be the best at everything. Even if you practiced non stop and limited your competing to SURE VICTORIES, you still won't be happy and will mostly likely lose again.

Life is more important than wasting time to TRY to be the best at everything. Plus, if you never lose, you never grow on the inside or learn. We learn from our mistakes and I would honestly like to be better at what I do, not the best without working hard on it.

Just let the little shit go. If you lose, you lose, it happens.

  • Well it sounds to me like you are being a royally poor sport. And that attitude is infecting your performance. There is such a thing as being too competitive.

its normal. but i think you need to learn to stop obsessing about yourself being the best. its alright to believe in yourself, and i'm sure you have the potential, just as anyone else does. but if you do end up winning, i hope you're not one of those people who go off braggin about it, because thats really annoying and no body really wants to know.

Absolutely normal, I have the same problem. I know I'm better than most people as well, the reason behind your loss of this may be the same as mine. For instance, in a game, I do pretty damn good, then I keep playing expecting to keep kicking ass, with the same people and I start getting worse. I believe it may be because of overconfidence. And even after I start losing, I still get worse, this I believe is cause by frustration. In the end I get really pissed off.

i like losing. it makes you see your flaws in your strategy, and makes you a better player. if you never want to lose, then never play the game. you can't win all the time. you might beat everyone but one person, and the person you found easiest to beat might be able to beat the person you can't. simply put, noone is the best, because there is always someone better. next time you lose at something, instead of throwing a fit like a 2 year old and getting all upset, sit calmly and think about WHY and HOW you lost. not the fact that you lost. and if you really wanna irritate your opponent, then praise them for their victory
