If you love her and that is her genuine desire then I think you should go ahead and have your foreskin removed -it's really not a big thing and when I had it done I did not feel any pain at all. Perhaps you could ask her to hold your hand while it is cut?

Dont get circumsised unless you are younger than 1 years old, it is INCREDIBLY PAINFUL, and humiliating. Expensive, and it might ruin all, or some of the feeling in your dick. Erections may tear open the wounds... its simply not a good choice no matter what you feel about her. As for your problem, I have the exact same one, I just jack off now.
