I can't be pregnant already can i?

I stopped taking the pill on July the 4th n have had regular unprotected sex since then. I had my withdrawel bleed on the 8th of July until the 12th. I use an app on my phone which I have used for years n years n it's always accurate. I understand my cycle needs to take time to be regular again after being on the pill for so long. My app said I would ovulate on the 22nd July. But on the 21st I started getting really bad cramp which feels like I'm going to come on. But I haven't done as yet. Could I be pregnant already or could it just be my body getting back to normal after stopping the pill? I don't want to take a test this soon as I'll be disappointed when I see its negative. Obviously if the pain continues for a few more days I will go out n buy a test.

I think you should consult a medical professional concerning this question, as it would better serve you.

I believe that it usually takes 8 weeks to become fertile again after you stop taking the pill. But then everyone is different. I knew a woman who got pregnant while she was on the pill for years. So nothing is foolproof. So it is completely possible that you might be pregnant.
