I can't be like this
Is it normal when even though health sites and your doctor say that 160 pounds is the lowest you should go you feel like you need to be 100 to look good. And where it gets to the point where you have to force yourself to eat so as not to disappoint the ones you love but you still feel like you're disappointing then by being over your target weight? I really want to know if I should get help for this or if it's normal to feel like this
