I can sense people.

Okay well, I dunno if I just have really good hearing but if I'm alone or I think I am and someone comes into the room I am in without me hearing or seeing I get this sorta high pitched noise in my head but it's not really a noise I can't explain it nor am I going to try because it's way too complicated but I can just sense someone is there. Anyone else get this?

Actually, the reason why most people can sense or tell when another person has entered the room or come near them is because electromagnetism. As everyone knows, the human body is more or less a giant battery. The brain communicates with the rest of the body via electrical charges. When you have electricity, you have an electromagnetic field. When you're "sensing" someone there, you're actually picking up their electromagnetic field either because it is interfering with yours or it is close by. As for those of you who hear the high pitched, extremely low audible "ringing" sensation- You will also get the same sensation if you are in the same room when someone turns on a television. Try it... Get some ear plugs, mute your TV, and have someone in your house turn the TV on at random times and see if you can "sense" that the TV is on.

It's very normal. There is a theory of how people can sense if somone enters the room. It s that when your alone your breathing a certain amount of oxygen in the room and your body gets used to the space available in the room and if somone enters the room the amount of oxygen in the air drops just slightly and you body feels the presence of somone else. As for the high pitched noise...u got me there

No, I don't get an extra high pitched noise in my head. I do sense when people enter a room though. Are you sure they don't make any noise at all? It's quite a feat to enter a room completely silently.

    i get the 'noise'!
its like a noise but you can hear it if you, like, cover up your ears or do things that would stop or distort other noises! I never realised that it was when people came into a room, but I have experienced these before!

Well, it's normal... I guess. I have this sensation too. When I was a child, 7 or 8 years old, I though that I was special hahahaha
But now I know that it's normal. It's a weird thing, the sensation is the same as when someone turns the TV on...
    Sometimes it's useful...

I hear a quite, subtle high pitched noise whenever anything electronic is on, but a lot of people experience that....

It's normal to become aware when someone enters a room, even silently. If humans were so oblivious to what was going on around us, we would never have survived this long. It's a primal, animalistic survival thing.
