I can see things around me with my eyes closed

Okay, this might sound a little strange but, here goes. This has happened to me only within the last year and hasn't been something to really worry me, I just want to see if anybody else experiences this. Sometimes, at night, if I close my eyes to go to sleep I can see my bedroom in complete detail, as if my eyes are open, and almost always can see something different. Like a person I dont know sitting there, or an object I am not familiar with being in my room, or house. They never do anything or move, they are just there. Even if I open my eyes for a few minutes and close them again, I still see the exact same thing. It's still dark, obviously, since my eyes are closed and the lights are off. This just really fascinates me and has only happened about three times in the last year. Any input?

    Coming from scientific background... merely photographic memory and a vast imagination... almost schizophrenia. But before you denote me to being a disbeliever... I have always had the ability to "hear" a direct view CRT television (Yes, those existed before hi def...) being turned on from around three rooms away. It was actually more of a "feeling." Almost like my body tuned up... and it was always true. One of those TV's turned on close to me. explain that. explain the manifested physical feeling of radio frequency waves in a human indulged body... :p food for your thought?

      CRTs with NTSC rasters emit a slightly audible hum at 15.75Khz. It's at the high end of the range of human hearing. Lots of people can hear it, including me.

    wow i dont even know what to say about that its kinda cool you could prolly do art with that like sit under a rainbow or some shit and just before it starts to faid close your eyes and paint it (but first you need to learn to paint with your eyes closed).....(wait no you dont you can see with them closed so you COULD paint)........im a fucking genius

        Wow, its a bit weird but I wish I can do it too. There are things on the internet like you can see throught your eyelids, just need some practice. Or maybe your having eyes closed hallucinations.
