I was going threw posts and went to thumb a post up but accidentlly thumbed it down ...thats when I noticed I have the ability to thumb people down! !! All will quake in fear of my new found power!!!

I fixed my accidental thumbs down...but started wondering how offten do you make that mistake ...

    The thumb feature on here is a "Let people dictate right and wrong without showing why" feature, and I don't believe the IIN community has the right mind to judge a potato, so I just diregard the thumbs feature...Wouldn't want to give those potato judgers any validity. :D

      I like my potatoes with sour cream, butter, chives, bacon bits, shredded cheese and even diced tomatoe. Mmm... Now I crave the mighty baked potato!

    You can't fix accidental thumbs down, it only registers your first "selection". Feel free to test it out on my comment.

    I do them often cos I use normal site on my ophone cos the mobile site sucks. It's an annoying glitch we've been complaining about for years.

        Hence the negative three? Refresh and recheck after you do it. Then you'll see. It doesn't work. Would be nice it it did and I see that your intentions are good, but fact still remains. It only registers the first thumb.

            I literally just did it then on another post. Tried to thumb it back up, it didnt rehister when I refreshed so I got antihero to check for me. He confirmed it was a zero and fixed it back to one for me. When I refreshed again, it was on one.

            I'm not sure if you're referring to my specific comment or just in general...

            I'll go with the former. I know, but I've been around long enough and have generally positive input, so it's not a big deal. I was using it to illustrate my point.

      I did not know that. I hit the wrong one about 20-30% of the time but always undid my selection thinking it worked. I am usually on a tablet and my fat finger misses a lot.

        It's so frustrating. I do it a lot and I find it infuriating. I usually ask anti-hero to fix it for me by upthumbing it. Then at least it's neutral.

          I hit it all the time trying to reply too. Im usually on an ipad and I would imagine it would be even harder to aim on a phone.

            If you use the mobile site, the thumbs are more spaced out. It's just...the mobile site is a piece of shit.
