I can eat a habanero pepper easily

I have been building up my tolerance for spicy food over the last few years and I have reached the point where I feel immortal. I completed the blazin' challenge at Buffalo Wild Wings (12 wings in 6 minutes) in half the time. The two guys I was with were both shaking and sweating like crazy, rushed to the bathroom afterwards to wash their hands, and chugged the mess out of some milk. I however just licked my fingers, and cleaned the meat off of the bones. Not drinking anything until the bartender brought me a shot.

Now I can take a bite of a habanero pepper and enjoy the taste of it. I can taste the spice, but it is no big deal to me.

I feel bad though because I make my own salsa, but I can't judge if it is too spicy, so my friends get mad when I tell them it isn't spicy.

If you know of any way that I can up the ante, let me know.

You should be like the Man vs Food dude and film this, and go on other eating adventures. Maybe a habanero and a live scorpion, together?

I dare you to eat a scotch bonnet pepper, raw, and chew. Your lil habanero is way down on the hot meter in comparison. Folks I know who prepare scotch bonnet peppers for cooking cover their hands in oil AND wear gloves, just to handle them. My girl burned her eyes putting in her contacts 3 days after handling them, even after washing her hands lots of times and a few showers in between.

Lucky you. I can't even put them in my food without making the dish unbearable.
