For some reason, I can think of sex without love (well, romantic love) and be okay with it, such as in the context of a business marriage. However, I have never been able to dissociate romantic love and kissing (on the lips). It has always felt strange to see two people kissing when having sex if they're not in love. Is it normal to feel that way?

Why bother?
If you are having sex with someone (not counting a prostitute) why can't you love them for that tiny instant in time? Actually how could you not love someone you are having sex with, just then?
It doesn't mean a life long love or even a very deep one, but you gotta love the girl; she took off her clothes and she is letting you screw her!
What you are describing seems to be more akin to "like" than love. In this context I am strictly referring to romantic love. Regardless, I can imagine doing stuff with them, such as tongue and caressing. For example, if I got sucked into an arranged marriage with an unlovable (romantically) hot girl, I could imagine doing the standard sex stuff with her, but not kissing.
Also, there are different types of love. You can love your brother or sister but you don't kiss them on the lips. You can poor people in Africa but you don't kiss them on the lips either.
Reminds me of two friends I went to high school with. They were in a relationship, and they didn't mind if the other had sex with another person but to kiss another person was an automatic break up.
