Not normal, but, if it's your thing or fetish, go with it. I have a preference for women with long or very long nails, and, have gone from one without them, even if I liked her, to someone with. There were probably other reasons, but, if things weren't going as I wanted with the non-long nailed woman, I'd simply find someone else that also filled that fetish.

I've loved women with long nails for many years. Was talking to a hot, fit-bodied black/East Indian woman at a sports bar a few months back, mostly b/c she had very..As in, at least 3 inches if not a hint more, long and curved, gold nails. Drove me crazy as she tapped on the bar and occasionally touched my upper arm. I'd have left any woman I was currently dating just to be with her.
Crying is just your thing. Maybe it's the vulnerability aspect of it.

We all have our things/fetishes that we prefer. Some guys can't have sex unless the woman is beating them senseless, I dated one woman who had a thing for choking me (I got her off of me fast), some women like to be dominated, and, in my case, it's long to very long nails. The longer, the better.

Is thinking someone is cute when they're crying normal? For probably a lot of people yeah(when it's not crying from something like they physically or emotionally got hurt or their uncle died or anything like that)
I think there are people who like the look of crying(like happy crying) because they like the red face with glossy looking eyes
So is THAT normal? To some degree and in certain circumstances, probably. Is BREAKING UP WITH SOMEONE JUST SO YOU CAN SEE THEM CRY normal? No. That does not sound normal or healthy
If you find some girl who YOU LET KNOW ABOUT THIS BEFORE you start dating them(or whatever kind of relationship you plan on having with them) AAAAAAND THEY ARE OKAY WITH IT then maybe it would be okay
If you're both adults and the girl knows about this and says it's okay with her AND ACTUALLY MEANS IT, then I guess there's nothing anybody can really do about it and it's yours and your partners business
However if the girl does NOT know about this before hand, is NOT saying she's okay with it, and you're being abusive in ANY kind of way to make her cry then I don't think it's okay AT ALL
You should really talk it over with a girl first though.
