Last afternoon I was looking for my football magazine and then proceeded to see in my sons draw, as he borrows it sometimes. What I found shocked me as a Christian parent, he had gay porn magazines and a DVD. So I waited for him to come home after football practice and asked him about what I found. He naturally denied it. He then got Bucky, I gave him a kick and slapped him on the floor a few times. He then went to his room. I feel guilty. But the church says man for women and he never denied he was gay. Just said its a friends stuff. What should I do?

    So he is gay. He didn't ask for his sexual leanings. Some men are gay and some women are lesbian. It used to be well hidden and no one dared to "come out" as they would be bullied and ridiculed.

    Go have a talk with your son and apologize for going postal on him. Then talk openly about his sexual interests. It might be a phase he is going through but if it's not you will just have to accept him as he is. He is your son so you should love him unconditionally.

    You are such a bad parrent. Sorry to say that, but a good parent would talk to his child when he clearly need some support and understanding.
