I barely have an adam's apple. i'm 22.

Nothing much else to say. My voice is a little higher than I'd like it to be. And it doesn't surprise me either because I kind "feel" feminine. I've always wondered about, and wished for having a more pronounced adam's apple because I feel like I never really became a man. I'm just stuck. I'm short, I look like I could be in highschool if I shave my beard.

Is there anyone out there that can shed some light on this?

In a way, I feel your pain. I have a very large Adam's apple. It's impossible to shave the end without cutting yourself, and looks really stupid from every side angle. I can hardly find any shirts that fit around the collar due to how large my Adam's apple is. Count your blessings I suppose, even if it seems to make you more feminine, at least you don't look like a slasher victim each morning.

Not having an Adams apple is no big deal. You shouldn't gauge your masculinity based on that, just be you besides not many guys have an Adams apple. Chin up.

Go and have your testosterone levels tested, it could well be that you have an under developed Thyroid gland which could lead to a lot of problems later in life (including but not limited to: sexual dysfunction etc.)
