I look for any evidence that points to the contrary but I can't find any. I don't fit any standards of beauty except maybe fair skin and intelligence. While my friends get asked out and are crushed upon, I never had any sort of such thing. I hate even having feelings for people, because I know there's no point.

I find with lack of confidence you dont project that you want to be loved. You also dont notice when someone is interested despite the signs being obvious and when you ignore that they eventually move on.

Well looking unattractive is normal and having low self esteem is. Don’t let people tell you otherwise. But if you ever need to talk to someone feel free to ask me, I’m sure you’re a lot more attractive than you see yourself as since you see yourself everyday and have so much time to point out your own flaws.
