I am terrified of eating animal products

I am a vegan and the concept of me eating animal products terrifies me. I dont freak out when someone else eats animal products though.

I have heard peoole say stuff like "you are going to die because you're a vegan" and I am usually like "thats stupid lol" but then THE DOCTOR told me I might get sick from being a vegan. I may or may not have panicked. Sometimes I eat animal products by accident and then almost start crying.

I got a blood test to find out if I have any deficiencies. I am waiting for the results and I have been freaking out. I am so scared of eating animal products, especially meat. They torture the animals to death and I cant handle it.

You just need to make sure your getting all the nutrients you need there are plenty of guides online about how to eat healthy on a vegan diet.

Maybe as important as your diet is your wardrobe. Any leather or fur or even in some cases glue/adhesives in your clothes or shoes?

Dude, I worked in an abattoir, they don't torture animals to death. No one wants to die but it's going to happen, man or beast, so, we might as well eat them.

I have heard the corn cry when it is being harvested.
    It's a horrible massacre.
Poor little corn stalks cut off at their feet.
I don't know how you vegans sleep at night.

You can be healthy and vegan. You can also get organic meat which has stricter guidelines about the welfare of animals in their life and death than regular farms/slaughterhouses.

wtf they don't torture animals? that usually only happens in mainstream factories, if you get your meat locally or from a small business they kill their livestock as quick and painlessly as possible.

i get most of my meat from local farmers because i live nearby a rural area, i know the animals and they are treated with respect, they live happily and can run around and enjoy themselves in the huge fields they live in

Been vegetarian for years myself. Accept you can only do your best. No point crying over the way things are.
