I am sure others out there are like me but will not own up to it.
I can't start at the beginning as it would not come out right and so i will start at the present time.

    That's called exhibitionism and, technically, it's not normal but at least you have neighbors that seem to enjoy it. I wonder if they watch you in order to have a laugh at your expense or perhaps as a means of sexual stimulation for themselves. Also, I wonder if they know the YOU know that they're watching.
