I am so tired. Im so tired that my life is always considered something political. Im not trying to make an statement, im not trying to force anything up on you or trying to convince you about something. Im not. Im just living my life man.
Im sick and tired of everything.
Lgbtq+ people in media/series/movies is not something political, it's not something people do now a days so they can say their show is "woke" or whatever, it's literally just people. Literally people like every other character in the fucking show, being lgbtq+ it's just another quality that person has, just that, i promise no one is trying to make an statement out of it. We all have lives that can be shown, just like yours, we all have stories to tell, just like you. We are just trying to live man. Just tryin to live. We just try to keep going, to work a job, to pay our bills and to keep living a normal life.
I am so tired of my rights being debated as if it's something to be questioned about. I am person. I am a fucking human being. I am tired of seeing people like me on the news getting killed every fucking day just for existing and minding their own fucking business.
It's scary, and it's exhausting, and i am gonna have to live like this every single day of my life. Bc for some people my existence is political.
For all of you who think like that, sincerely go to hell.

    Having a politicized identity sucks. It really sucks. I think many people with physical disabilities, ‘conflicting’ religions, immigrants, and those with mental disabilities, can relate.
    It’s going to be a forever process.
    I will not tell you to “get used to it”, but I will recommend seeking knowledge of ways to protect yourself. Both mentally and physically.

    You will see those who share your identity “handling it better”, or seeming as though none of it bothers them. It does. But they have learned to roll with the punches and move in stride. “Never forget what you are, the rest of the world will not. Wear it like armor, and it can never be used to hurt you.”

    I hope for your resilience, I recommend speaking with a mental health professional (as I do with everyone I’ve ever talked to in my entire life), and don’t let anyone tell you to “just get over it”.
    You’ll find a herd among kinder folk, just be kind to yourself and things will move in the way you wish them to.
