I am so confused with the voice in my head..

You know when you read in your head you hear the words? How you can make images in your mind? This is what frustrates me. Whenever I'm in bed about to fall asleep, I get all mad because of the voice in my head. I try finding out where it's coming from. I focus and try seeing which part of me produces this voice. But I remind myself it's fake and I cant do anything about it. I go crazy trying to unlock the voice. Where is it projecting from? And it's crazy, because I make the voice in my head, but have no clue how.... IIN?

    Stop worrying about it: if you don't you're setting yourself up for longterm insomnia and that could cause this "voice" to get worse. It's just your brain winding down from the day's activities. Try this and see if it works: drown out the voice with another voice which lists all the things you're grateful for in your life and all the things you have to look forward to.

    Before you go to sleep you begin hearing voices that sound realistic but they're not. It's simply your dream and reality being muddled up in your mind. Don't worry, this is normal.

    Try just getting out of bed and doing other things if you really cannot sleep because this voice in the your head is always there. Usually when we arent tired enough yet, our minds will obviosuky still be active and getting thoughts and so forth since it is normal for it to be thinking when it isnt sleeping. Even when we sleep the brain is still active. Its just that instead of it being our self produced thoughts and images it is the other parts that will eventually end up forming your dreams instead.

    The difference between normalcy and maybe a deeper mental problem is that most people control what they think of even though we all get random weird thoughts in our head sometimes. People with mental issues however get these random weird uncontrollable thoughts on a more frequent basis to the point where its obviously clear that they ksotly dont control their own thoughts anymore and should seek professional help.

    I suggest you talk to a clinical psychologist or just researchbmore about this. I am not in anyway suggesting that you could have a mental problem. And even if you are normal talking about this to a professional can help you relief some of the confusion or stress?? Take care!

        Okay I get the same, I think it could be stress related, are you under stress atm? may I ask how old you are? Where you from? You on social media? Would be nice to have someone to talk to who’s going through or gets similar thoughts.
