I am sad with my belly fat. what should i do?

For this is it normal just ignore the answers. I previously found out I have a lot of belly fat. My parents do not know of this. And I still don't want them to know so i can one day show them I was always skinny. Even though I wasn't. They don't know I have belly fat because I am insecure on what they would do so I keep it secret. Do you guys have any ways you lose belly fat? Please tell me something that maybe I could keep from my parents. So no walks and stuff like that. But like food and workouts I can do at home. Thanks. I am a guy by the way.

    Nobody will care about how much you weigh. Do you think your parents will stop loving you because you aren't ripped? Get out there and grab life by the balls! Don't let it get you down.

    If it bothers you that much then aerobic exercises will help.

    Dude... do you really think your parents wouldn't accept you with a fat belly? They are your parents. They love you.
    As for what can you do... Well there are two options:
    A: Be like me, say "I have to loose my beer gut" and do nothing cause you aren't bothered...
    Or B: Cardio... Running, walking, cycling...
    As for home workouts...
    Pushups and squats with some weights.

    Also why ask IIN for advice, use google... Lots of exercise ideas there

    I can tell you there is no magic pill that's for sure, IF.... Your serious heed these words...

    Abs are made in the kitchen not in the gym.... You can train like a beast and get just huge jacked beast of a body... Which in turn will require more cals to maintain the new muscle but if you feed your body with garbage it will build garbage... Clean diet AND exercise is the only way... Sorry... (I used to be 215 lbs and 40% body fat so doin quick math... I carried 86 lbs of fat out of my 215.... I was flab and flab.... Now I weigh 210 lbs and 12% body fat but I have also got my weight down to 180-185 and around 4-5% body fat )
    Diet is more important than training.... Go to bodybuilding com website and check the forums for fat loss section... They will have more info than you could hope for
