I am angry at my young cousin for using my credit card

It pissed me off so much that I yanked my credit card out of his hands what annoyed me the most is that he used it on stupid games without my permission. Luckily I was able to get some of my money back I was able to get 50% of my money refunded but it was enough to tell his mom and I'm glad he deserved to get grounded because of this. Personally if I was his father I would throw his ass in jail for fraud.

    His parents should not reimburse you. They should make him get a job and reimburse you out of his own earnings... even if it takes years.

      I'd be pretty angry if I have to wait years to get my money back.
      Either pay up on the spot, or I'll have to play dirty.

      Take some of his property and sell it to pay off the debt and take a few bucks for my troubles.

    I agree with every comment made as far as making him, his parents pay, or sell his stuff.

    However, there is a couple questions no one has addressed, how old is he? And how did he get the card? Were you careless in securing it? Did you give it to him for one reason and then he used it for the games as well. Did he take it out of your secured house and or purse or wallet.
    If he stoled it then I also agree maybe it should be reported, has he been known to take things in the past?
    So many questions unanswered !!

      My cousin is 13 and he took it out of my wallet without me knowing.

    Either your Aunt, and Uncle ought to reimburse the money your cousin stole from you in full, or your cousin ought to be forced to work in your home doing the most menial of tasks until he has worked off the debt he owes you.

    He's lucky you haven't whooped his ass!
