Just because you are over weight it doesn't mean you are ugly. If you are not comfortable with yourself make a change. There are great clothes out there for a BBW. It's all in how you present yourself. I am 260 and always get compliments about how I look and present myself. Yes I need to lose weight but I will not hate myself while I am working on it.
I love fatty people. But if you want to lose weight, you have to do a serious regime and hard sports. I send you good luck from Argentina!
I am also fat but it never really bother me until my mother brings it up. If anyone else does it doesn't. I can even joke about it.
I also wear clothes I feel comfortable in.
I've also read that a diet may not work for all specific body types.
We are all on the planet for a reason. I've told someone once before, "On a nice, quiet day, sit down or lay down and close your eyes, and try and think, "Wow, I'm actually here!"" It's quite hard for someone like you who is often depressed, but I would recommend, if you are young, ask your parents if they could buy you healthier foods such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains, dairy products and more. And buy organic! It doesn't have chemicals in them (inorganic foods use chemicals during farming to make them grow faster). Start exercising. It might sound boring to you, it might sound exciting to you, but 30 minutes a day isn't all that much. I feel really sorry for you, but you've been given a life, and you have to do something with it! =-)
IF YOU DON'T EAT
OFTEN ENOUGH THEN WHEN YOU DO EAT YOUR BODY WILL HOLD ALL THE ENERGY IT CAN(..through fat) FOR THE TIMES THAT YOU WON'T BE EATING AS MUCH AS YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO. THE SAME THING THAT HAPPENS WITH BEARS BEFORE THE FALL FOR A LONG LONG SLEEP.
Just eat healthy!
Go on a diet and try some new makeup. Unless you're a guy, then just diet. And take care of yourself! Shower, shave, ya know, that stuff. And besides, it's not all about how you look. Find some friends who like you for you personallity. :)

whining isn't going to change the fact that ur ugly and fat.
instead of complaining, actually DO something about it.
exercise, stay fit, and dress up more fashionably.
It's a normal feeling. I've experienced it first hand. I will say this. I didn't start loosing weight until I just accepted myself "as is".
Just been alive should make you happy because there are people that don't ever have eyes To see what they look like.
If you want to lose weight, lose weight. As for ugly? Ugly is a matter of opinion in my... opinion. The only reason you think you're ugly is because you are fat. Infact, you might not even be fat. It's supriseing how many people think they are fat when infact they are perfectly normal. If you are fat? I meen actuly fat, told by a doctor you are over weight and not just under the influence that you are fat. Lose weight... it's easy as it is said. Just do more exercise. Up to you though,

Stop mopping. Do something about it or get over it. Otherwise you might as well be dead. What good is living if you take it for granted?

you know I look on this site and see these posts against fat poeple and than this guy you shouldnt hate yourself ever you just need to have a goal and a plan , you can change it so dont worry also you may have a build that is already heavy its not the end . Here is a suggestion I would give you but only becuase I did this to lose wieght you have to really want it , so try very hard putting all your haert into it after you set the Goal you know you fight life and death for and exsercise your heart out before every excersise session drink up to 3 bottle for water and only eat one meal a day which should be a very small about with little salt which should proboly be Meat ( red meat ) . do this for 2 weeks and you should see the puonds falling off you could lose up to 20-30 pounds in that spand after you lose wieght were your stoamch is flat nomatter what angle you are at than start eating two meals a day and still excersie make sure these are most meat . after 3 weeks of two meals add 3 meals and make it soup and meat than after a week of that add fruits and than vegetable and than mkae sure you eat desserts n snacks at least likely as possible and I dont know it worked for me for awhile . however this is only if you are truly desperate to lose the pounds you do not have to take this advice .
