When I first meet someone, and we have a conversation, and they ask questions, I always believe that they're just asking because it's their duty, and it's polite. I think that they're actually bored and annoyed by me, even if they don't even know who I am

    While it is normal to feel that way, I don't think people will bother with asking questions if they're not interested in getting to know you, I know I won't, so don't worry ;)

    Self esteem needed. Also just think of what messages you might be giving off if YOU think the person is insincere & finds you irritating & tiresome. Yikes.

    I think it's pretty normal to feel this way but it's probably all in your head. I don't think people feel the need to ask questions just to be polite. Even if you were talking about yourself too much they would probably just nod and smile if they were uninterested in you and your life instead of asking questions

    well are you an outgoing person... if you are then try being less hyper... if your not then its all a nervous thing going on in your head
