I actually die in my sleep!! i'm freaked! iin?

i constantky die in my sleep
i don't feel pain as such.
most of the time i get stabbed to death or shot in the head. argh.
its just like falling asleep while i'm asleep. i get really scared while this happens thinking things like.. "hell, i'm not gonna wake up again." "what are my family gonna do?" i din't get to say goodbye!"
please help me
i'm not disturbed i do not have a mental illness

    I almost always die or murder people in my dreams. I never really thought twice about it.

    Your dream about what is on your subconsciousness throughout the day most of time. It seems like you have gotten into the cycle of expecting to dream about these things so you do. Just remember you will not die in your dreams nothing can hurt you so relax and try to think of happier things during the day. If not try talking to a pyhcatrist about it.

      I agree, It's probaby the last thing your thinking of when you fall asleep.... tty listening to some not so angry music when going to sleep. Most of my music is angry lol but maybe yours isn't. Meditating is always great too! I meditate twice a day and it helps me.
