I act out what i read in a book...

Ok well, whenever I am reading a book, and the author uses an adjective, I actually do what I just read? For example, if I read "Do you want some candy?"said Suzie angrily, I will just mutter under my breath what the person just said in the tone that they said it in! I don't know if this helps my picture what's happening or something but I just wanted to know if anybody else does this. It's so hard if we have to read in silence after we finish a test I have to fight the temptation to do this!!

    I don't act out a book but I'll show my reaction to certain parts. Like if the book says 'Harry punched Alex in the face'
    I'll go 'Ooooohhh thats gotta hurt'.
    Or if it says something like 'Samantha stood at the edge of the tower and thought about jumping' I'll shake my head and try to persuade them not to do it.

    you probably are just enjoying this particular piece of literature and are acting out how the author wanted it to be portrayed.

    Sometimes when the author says something like "She blinked rapidly" I'll do that same. It's quite funny.
