Is there such a thing as league? I just define people into two catagories: Either the person likes/accepts my music taste, puns and video games or that person does not.

Leagues are a made up term for guys who lack confident and need an excuse to not approach someone they are interested in. My wife is out of my league. Naaaaailed it.

First of all. Start working out. That will boost your confidence. Second. Be the best "you" that you can be. Third. Do things you never thought you were capable of. Run a half marathon, or gain 10 lbs if you're skinny. Lose 10 lbs if you're overweight. Get certified in something. Learn a new sport. Become effing awesome at something. Learn an instrument. All will give you more confidence...and all are super cool and interesting. Then being real is easy...and you have something much more interesting to talk about than video games...and if you're girl is a gamer...Double bad ass.

Anyway, I'd ask her for a lighter. I'm not a smoker, but asking for a lighter is a sure 100% guarantee that she will pay some attention and not "flag" you as a creep or anything. Then I'd chat her up. And I would never use sleazy and lame lines. I'd ask her to have a drink with me and I will play it straight. No problem in saying that I like her, after talking to her for a bit.

Yes indeed be confident and all in all you do. Having the gift of gab is definitely a plus. Having the gift of gab and having most women find you attractive is a big plus. Having big money is an even bigger plus when it comes to attracting the ladies (just keeping it real and noting that money does not always attract the best qualities in women).
