I am an 18 year old virgin male with a concern. I have a very high sex drive and fap often, however, I cannot for the life of me get off without a very specific type of stimulus.     find someone you truly love and talk to them about it and maybe they'll be into it or willing to try and if not most of the time if you love someone enough just that is good enough for anything
