How to wipe yourself after diarrhea

OK, This is going to sound really gross, but here it is.

I have a medical condition and frequently have soft stools / diarrhea. Previously, I would wipe and wipe and wipe, to the point of using a whole roll of toliet paper and I still would not get clean down there. my butthole would itch for the rest of the day until I was able to take a shower.

Recently I have found a new way to get myself super clean. After I am finished pooping, I flush the toliet, then stick my hand into the clean toliet water, and splash it up into my butthole. I do this repeatedly, until my butthole is nice and clean. I then wipe the water off with toliet paper, get dressed then wash my hand in the sink throughly with soap and water.

I know it sounds discusting, but I feel that I have hit the jackpot in keeping my butthole clean. I have no more itching, and feel like a million bucks when I am done. I have no idea why I never thought to do this before.

Is it normal to stick your hand into the toliet bowl to use the water to clean your butthole?

    For fucks sake. You came up with this elaborate disgusting plan yet the simple thought of a damn baby wipe was too complex? Stop with the shit water routine. It's foul.

    Carry wet wipes with you (flushible) with you at all times. Go to wal-mart.

    I have to comment bc i struggle with this too but just found the hack. Buy a green gatorade bottle, the ones you squeeze for water to come out, fill it with clean water, lean forward and squirt the water from the bottle. No diseases, comfortable, effective.

    Install a bidet into your home or a get a toilet that sprays a stream of water into your anal cavity.

    I think it's a pretty good idea. I mean I've never had this problem, but it seems like it is pretty efficient and save the environment by not have to use a whole roll of tp or wetwhipes. Good luck with your chili-ring.

    in Asian and European countries, its a lot more normal to wash your butt with water after pooping. Hannajo3 knows what's up.

    Maybe you could get those individual packaged baby wipes and just keep 1-2 in your wallet or inside your shoe for when you are in public.

    You get dressed, THEN wash your hands really good with soap and water?? If you must clean your asshole with toilet water, wash your hands before you get dressed.

    There are smaller packages of baby wipes that you can carry with you.

    Toilet water is gross and depending on chemicals used in the toilet or it's water you could end up with a rash or infection from doing that.

    Carrying Baby Wipes around is not really an option. It's not like I carry around a baby bag, or any sort of bag really. I am not going to bulge my pockets with something like that. Real Estate space in my pockets is at a premium.

    I wasn't coming on here to ask for alternatives to wiping, cause they way I discovered is the BOMB! It also is completely sanitary cause I wash my hands really good when I am done.

    I really just wanted to find out if it was normal and / or if anyone else did it.

    They make something called a bidet which originated in France and does this for you automatically without you having to stick your hand in the toilet to wipe your butt. You might want to look into one
