    Geez, seriously? Are you a dude? You sound like it...what a dumb question. That is like asking how tired are you supposed to get after you eat....work out, anything.

    Shit, if you bang hard, that is exerting!!! Your pulse was very high for however long you did it.

    Are you in good shape? Do you work out hard? Most athletes, at least the ones who don't take steriods, can bang a LONG time and not get tired.

    If you are lazy, don't work out, your gonna feel exhausted!

    Depends what time of day it is for me and if I have a cigarette afterwards.

    Mostly my muscles just feel really sore lol And that ends up making me tired. Feels like i was running miles. I also do find it easier to sleep though.

    If you're a guy it releases sleep-inducing hormones, so it's normal to feel sleepy. As for physical fatigue it just depends on your stamina and how hard you went at it. It shouldn't feel like your heart's about to bust out of your chest of course.
