How should i word it?

So it's me again. I really really like a lad I have recently matched with on a dating website. Stupid the way I'm feeling but I just want to get to know him. But I've no idea how to act or what do say.
We have asked questions and he's said some really nice things.
I haven't give him time to start a conversation with me as I'm always sending snaps and he just comments and we speak a bit from there or he just stops talking.
Seems to have fizzled out a bit but he did want to phone call me...
He sent a snapchat video of him captioned 'BFF' and a girl with him (may have been his sister)
I could just say hey but I feel so annoying doing that I hate being a pest but we did meet on a dating site I guess.
He's said something's he should've have said if he isn't interested. If I send a snap of me he always says I'm beautiful.
So I'm confused and I just want to know where I stand but asking him is so awkward for me, because I don't want to stop chatting.

So I thought I'd leave him for a few days. Then strike up a conversation and just ask him out right.

Any ideas how to word it? And is this feeling normal?
