How should i get a girl?

I have never had a girlfriend and most girls i am interested in have in turn no interest in me. The only girls that have ever been interested in me are well known sluts (and i am confident that it is because of my physicue because even though i look better than most guys but there was a time in which i didnt and those girls wouldnt even talk to me then).
So what do you think i should do, the girls who are interested in my personality are quickly thrown off because it is utter shit, they see me as a friend but thats about it.

Go with an easy yet most likely very short term relationship 7

    If you already think you personality is a problem, you should change that. Start by improving your confidence and respecting other people more. I understand that that's pretty vague, but those are endpoints and it's up to you as someone who knows yourself to work out how to get to them. Everything else that makes up a good (and generally attractive) personality ought to follow naturally once you've got those two things nailed down.

    So much pressure to have a girlfriend!
    Live your life, develop interests. Don't just be with someone because she is easy to get as a girlfriend. Work on yourself first.
