How should a woman's sweater fit?

Hey please reply asap, at work and saw this aforbs sweater come in and now I'm seeing if I want one in medium or large, I'm a skinny trans gal with well minimal clothe shopping experince and I need help. The medium gits very snug wich is comfy as hell and leaves little to the imagination, the large leaves room to go grow both at the waist and the breasts wich I will be having soon. Please help me decide! How should a woman's sweater fit?? Im in a rush cause my boss offered me a good o ne day only sale on it and I gotta decide
