How open are you to a random date?

There you are, walking along the street minding your own business, the wind in your hair , sun on your face and out of the blue you're hit by the question "Could I take you on a date?" From someone you've never met before in your life.

Could / Would you do it?

Sure totally, lets do it. 16

If I'm single and he's cute? I'd go for it. If he's ugly or gives of creep vibes? No.

It's outside my comfort zone which is exactly why I'd do it

    No.

No, not without a conversation first. While I can be naive and very trusting of people, I am not stupid. But I also don't take random street flattery seriously and would likely laugh at them.

Sun in my face? Obscuring my vision? Let us talk in the shade first.

It depends on whether or not I'm attracted to the person, whether or not I have anything in common with the guy, whether or not we have similar morals, values, political views and religious beliefs, whether or not he's an animal person, etc.

I guess that's the catch isn't it? You wouldn't really know all that until you're done with the date...

I would know whether or not I was attracted to him within the first few seconds, and I could get a rough idea about the rest of it from a 5 to 10 minute conversation before agreeing to go out with him.

Well first I wouldn't go because I'm already taken... Then I wouldn't go because it's probably some kind of trap. I mean how often do people walk up to random strangers walking down the street and to this?

You ever watch kids playing in the park or at any event generally, how one can walk up to the other and throw the 'lets be friends' for the simple reason they just want to be friends? Just like that you've got a life long bond.

Same concept really would apply here I'm thinking (But that's just me thinking).

Does there have to be an ulterior motive?

If i liked the guy i would consider it maybe.

I think she would have to be a little more subtle than that. Otherwise, I'd probably be put off by her coming on that strongly.

I don't know though, I find the idea of a girl making the first move rather attractive and admirable. Assuming I was single and my day wasn't just going horrible already, I might just do it.

Always have in the past, but who knows, if I'm on my way to a Hanging its a tough choice.

If she's hot and I'm not in a relationship, why not?
    Could be fun XD

I'm always up for an experience. If I weren't married, I'd do it, if it was a girl.
