How often do you wash your bum in the shower? Once overy day, every two days? Every shower? Once every 2/3 showers? Im asking cos im worried about myself. Thanks

    Just bend over spread your legs apart, the shower will clean it. And sometimes just soak the sponge in hot water and wipe your a$$ with the sponge. Just make sure you really clean it after. Well this is how I clean my a$$. I hope it's hygeinic enough, I'm scared of chemicals, I aint gonna use soap or something, that's just scary. So yeah, just bend over and let the water clean it naturally, and wipe your a$$ with a wet sponge.

    Use a bidet or a hand bidet. Cleaning only with toilet paper is retarded and gross. Wipe it and then clean it properly

    In the morning, when I wake up, either I take shower or not.
    Every single time I go to toilet and pee/poo: in Italy we have this GREAT piece of forniture we call BIDET (which is, strangely, a French word, even if it's not THAT comon in France). This is something we Italians are very proud of and we miss it when we are abroad...and this is also the main reason why we have this sterotype of foreigners being dirty.
    But, really, you should carefully clean your butt and anus after defecating, at least.

    Oh yeah...and one time more before going to sleep, at night..and don't forget to wash feet and teeth, as well! :-)
