Wash or change it, how often do you give yourself a clean place to sleep?

Now i know why some of my friends bedrooms smell like spit and dirty hats...yall nasty as hell! I bet that some of you once a monthers let ya dogs sleep in the bed with you...UGH. Some things should just be washed JUST BECAUSE! Like take blue jeans... those are for us fellas whenever you need to... sheets, at least once a week... come on yall.. thats just nasty
No wonder bedbugs are such a problem, lots of people never wash the fabric that they spend an average of 56 hours a week in.
It's hygienic, and not too wasteful, to wash them on a weekly basis. Plus, it feels good to have clean sheets.
i should prolly do it more often cuz there are definitely some fluids that have sat in them for months at a time :)
I only Do it if my daughter spills something or like pees the bed. Haha. Other than that they pretty much stay on. But strangely enough I wash my pillow cases at least 2x a week.
sorry, im nasty, i wash it about once every two months, and my dog sometimes sleeps with me. but i shower everynight and sometimes in the morning, and my dog is kept clean too!
i gotta change 'em at least once a week bcuz the fuck stains creep out people
i do it like every other week, but i would like to do it more, i just suck at remembering
I'm not a dirty person and I don't have sex, and I really only sleep more than 5 or 6 hours so I don't really NEED to vary often. If It gets dirty, or smells wierd (Never does though lol) I shall wash it :D
