How often do you take to the net, social media, blogs etc, when angry or upset to get everything off your chest, have a rant?

I internet vent in a really weird way.
Usually, it's an extremist Devil's Advocate deal.
Once, one of my friends literally publicly bashed me for being Mormon. As in, everyone in the room, atheists alike, was seriously taken aback by how blatantly rude and jackassed he was being. Like, we were talking about anime and this dude walks up like "HOW DO YOU BELIEVE THIS SHIT ARE YOU RETARDED?". Lolwutwheredidthatcomefrum?
So I went on a forum (or IIN, you never know!) and I wrote a post of scathing shit talk against Christians. Pretty much just to see people react in the way my friends reacted to my buddy being a sporadic dick.
This is just the first example that comes to mind XD My venting style is odd yet effective.
I'm a generally calm person offline and get over angry feelings very quickly. I never need to vent about the happenings of my daily life.
As for online stuff:
I don't need to make posts to vent.
I piss enough people off for my own amusement with my daily comments to feel satisfied and not let any anger build up.
I haven't done it online in a while. I only ever do it on here, or during private online conversations (so on Facebook or something). Most of my venting happens in real life. Typing it out just isn't really the same a lot of the time. And what you want to vent about has to be related to the post; it would be impolite to go on a rant about racism on a post about cushions!
My outbursts are rarely on public display. I have venting buddies for this. And they often come with a bottle of wine.
I don't have to vent you motherfucker. I don't have any kempt up anger or frustration god-damnt'! It just. It just gets so hard man. Mom!! Why mom!!
I wine mostly to my friends and my girlfriend. I don't know how they can stand me. Then again, i do try to put a little humor into it. Sometimes it works, I guess.
I don't think I've ever vented on here, but I have laughed quite a few times (like after seeing that awesome picture).
