I am a non-op MtF trans. I get a full Brazilian wax every four weeks. not going to lie though, the very first time was truly an extremely painful experience. This includes the but crack. when using the hot wax, it is a really really unique experience. and that part doesn't hurt nearly as bad as the jewels. It was actually the area around the top of the pubic bone that hurt the most. But after that, as long as you maintain, it's not so bad.
My wife gets shaved smooooooth almost daily usually by me but then there's other volunteers......such as....LOL
Male. I keep the front clean-shaven and just trim the pits a little to look better. Feels great.

When it starts looking like I could lose some Jelly Belly Belly flops in the tangled pubic hairy mess. Or if by some miracle a female friend ask me to, they don't like strays getting caught in back of the throat.

I don't completely shave it (because I think completely shaven is creepy and child-like) but I trim it down neat every 2-4 weeks when it starts getting overgrown.
