Honestly? Every other week,
Its not as bad as it sounds I'm not obsessed with me dying or anything it's just that death is all around us even in advertising so I often find when I am confronted with something talking about death I do wonder about the process, it's not even always something I'm thinking about deeply or for long periods of time, it's like I mentally note it then carry on doing what I was doing
It's really interesting when you get down to the end, like I am. 10, maybe 15 years is all that's left, certainly no more than that.
I'm currently about a third of the way through a case of Chikungunya, and some days I'm in a lot of pain, so the end seems as though it would be a relief. Other days I'm fine and I never want to die. Where's that genie in the magic lamp when you need him?
I dunno if this is normal, but I'm probably not frightened enough by my own mortality to realize how often I think of it. I do, however, think of the afterlife quite often.
