Once or twice every few months....
Although I go out many times for different purposes but its not common for girls here to go out alone with friends to hangout and we also have a busy schedule so its only possible after almost two to three months that we plan and get permitted by parents to go out.
When I'm living at uni, about three or four days out of the week. My roommates are all my friends so I spend a lot of time with them. When I'm living at home, maybe once a week.
