As much as possible, which may be like 20 times a day if I'm lucky.
I do purposely eat gas inducing foods, and also things like broccoli and eggs to add a little extra ooomph to the smell.
It's not like I document every time I unleash trapdoor wind. Actually, I don't document it at all.
