I exercise every day, and when I don't, I feel soooo guilty and force myself to workout extra hard the next day! I am actually on the treadmill at this very moment! :) I am addicted to exercise.
I am green with envy... It's either I'm working or socializing. Used to have a routine but that just faded away.
Exercise... Meh! Maybe I would if there was any aesthetic improvement. My body type is always lean and skinny. I never gain weight or add muscle through exercise.
I want to excerse and try to stayin shape, but I can only do so much because physically disable. I'm in wheelchair about 80% of the time. Every exercise that I do or have done, it only affects my upper body. Using my upper body to do daily routine is only way I know for me to get around or be independent. I eat healthy food almost everyday,stay active much as my body lets me. I'm always looking for research or ideas on line to find anything that I can do in wheelchair. I've gone to Bally's and courage center for swimming, which my Dr. recommended. Because of income, I don't go anymore. My insurance won't cover. If you notice, most of the wheelchiar disabilty are over weight. We can only do so much to stay in shape or active, other than eating healthy. Any advice or suggestions. Thanks.
