They are neither your love or someone of potential or change. What would you be willing to sacrifice for someone who is always needy, yet can never help others? Someone inconsiderate and reckless. A person may make you smile but a few times but in the broader scope makes you despair. What would you sacrifice?

If this person is inconsiderate and reckless and they are unwilling to do for themselves then that is basically spelling out "your effort will probably harm the situation more than help it, your help will not do much for them and it will probably come to bite you in the ass". Sorry, but helping someone that does not want to change is a stupid, futile effort.
Sorry folks, but I'm thinking realistically here. If this fool is inconsiderate and reckless, chances are, that they are the ones that got themselves into this mess to begin with and I'm not going to step in so this person doesn't have to take responsibility. I have seen this before. It never ends well for the good soul.
TerryVie hit the nail on the head... if you chose anything other than none than send your possessions to someone who could use the help.
seriously, EVERYBODY that would choose something else but "none" would have to inmediately sell all their belongings and use them to rescue someone in the third world.
and the other options are worse.
like, sacrifice my children for some random other person i don't care about? Who am i, Andrea Yates? Mary Bell? jeez...that option would take someone beyond psychopathic.
I wouldn't give a damn for that person. Like Aleks85 said: I'd tell them to go to hell.
Nothing except my time. Time that I wasted on this person. Time that is spent and I'll never be able to regain it back.
