    Well, that depends on several factors. If your in a sexually active relationship I'd advice you to not masturbate at all. Being single I'd say by normal standards 2 to 3 times a week, 30 minutes maximum per session.

    But you can totally masturbate once a day like I do, and I even workout regularly. I'm so used to it that if I don't do it I feel the biological/psychological consequences after more than 24 hours on abstinence.

    The use of porn to do it it's the relevant factor though, you shouldn't at all. Use your imagination.
