Acoording to the weight chart, you are middle overweight, and should lose about 23.3 more pounds to be on the "healty" weight. Seriously though, you've already made a big accomplishment and shouldn't try to lose weight too fast. Being overweight is fine as long as you have a healthy lifestyle. You should be more worried if you become obese again.

First off, congrats on the weight loss. 2nd it's hard to say, their are a lot of factors, depending on your frame you should weigh between 140 and 170. If you are going to lift, I'd say closer to 170. So, around 30 more lbs. Do you know your BMI?

For your size you should weight between 170-180lbs depending on how much muscle you want to have. 190lbs if you wanna be really buff.. But average muscles I say 180.

It's a tough challenge and your doing brilliantly. However when considering your height you should keep going. Or if your happy where your at then go get yourself a burger once in a while.

Congrats on losing near eighty pounds- that's a big accomplishment! (No pun intended)

I think maybe ten or fifteen more pounds would be the healthy choice, but nothing really more than that.

Get a personal trainer or wii fit. They'll tell you how much more you need to lose. Eat healthy and keep working out!
