How much longer?

I have been a member for nearly two months now and still haven't unlocked the ability to thumb people down. My previous account unlocked the ability in three weeks.
I get mostly thumbs up and contribute positively to this community. How much longer do I have to wait?

    Don't know what Taylerkaeb's deal above or if she is misremembering, but it should kick in automatically at two months. I have accounts that I created and never used that even got it at 2 months so I am quite sure it's automatic.

      I could be remembering wrong honestly it has been awhile. I do recall I had voting privileges on older post from years ago but newer ones I could not. I sent a message to management but never got a response. It seems like a few weeks after that I got it.
