How much fluid do you drink (on average) per day?
The answers are in metric because it's the only system that is standardised. But, if it helps you convert:
For the US:
One US fl. oz. = 29.57ml
One US liquid pint = 473.18ml
One US dry pint = 551ml (I'm guessing this may not be relevant)
A US standard Coke can = 12 fl. oz. = 354.88ml
A US standard Coke bottle = 20 fl. oz. = 591.47ml
One "fifth" of whisk(e)y = 750ml
For the non-US:
One Imperial (non-US) fl. oz. = 28.41ml
One Imperial (non-US) pint = 568.26ml
A non-US standard Coke can = 330ml
A non-US standard Coke bottle = 500ml
A non-US bottle of whisk(e)y = 700ml
Include everything you take in liquid form. Water, juice, coffee, tea, milk, soup, soft drinks, beer, spirits. Ice cream isn't included unless it's melted (i.e. in a milk shake). Fruit also isn't included unless it's been juiced (or you know the equivalent amount of juice in the whole fruit).
