How much exercise do you get?

How many days a week do you get good exercise? By "exercise" I mean things like having a job with significant strenuous manual labor all day. 20+ minutes of intense work on a stepper, elliptical, running or the like. Or an hour + of working out in some way, like lifting weights, aerobics or the like. Basically, a good work out that day.

5+ days a week 4
1-2 days a week 6
3-4 days a week 5
Not much, if any 18

When I'm working, I'm doing 15k steps a day, plus lifting kids and what not. I don't drive, so wherever I go is mostly walking or public transport for further things - but that still requires walking.

I used to do a half hr cardio/weights/resistance workout 2-3 times a week, plus one half hour PT session every 2 wks, an hr pilates and a 45min shadow boxer training (not like...boxing technique or whatever. It's also a resistance workout thing with a special belt with resistance bands) each week in sessions of 10wks on, 2-3wks off, depending on school breaks.

I haven't done that in a long while, it was just the daily steps, plus the occasional workout. I need to get back into it, my back is not friends with me for not doing it. I have the shadow boxer gear and it was actually really fun.

15-20mins HIIT with some weight training and some pilates is my goal. I'm a long way away from my very missed gym, so motivation is lacking. Even though I have a stationary bike, weights, kettlebells, wii fit (pretty useless but still fun...it's got yoga, too), pilates dvds, etc. So there's no excuse except laziness and apathy.

I'm either 5-6 days a week or on a break for a week or so. I was doing P90X and P90X3 for years and just started Body Beast. I know, sounds silly, but it's actually pretty good if you want to gain muscle mass. My job only entails some walking around, but mostly sitting in my office.

My job keeps me moving: I walk quickly, push things, and lift things for most of my day. I also exercise 3-5 times a week. I just pick one of my favorite exercise routines on YouTube. I really hate staying sedentary for long periods of time.
