How many times a week do you think its normal/ideal to have sex?

Also add a comment on the average times you have sex per week and why you choose your IDEAL answer?

Me? I really can't choose an ideal because I usually have sex at least once(+) a day if I have a boyfriend. However, if I start becoming less attracted to them, our sex life diminishes rather quickly.

In other words, I've always thought that people normally have that much sex.

Ideally once per week 4
Ideally 2-4/week 9
Ideally once a day 7
Ideally Twice a day 5
Ideally +3/day 3

    My gf and I have sex almost once a day but our sex life is far from boring.

      What difference between food, water, and sex are you talking about. Are they not all biological drives for survival?

    Once a day which is usually what my bf and I stick to. Sometimes on the weekends twice and sometimes when he has to work 12 hours for a few days, we won't but for the most part, once a day is perfection.

    there is no "ideal" - it's whatever you and your partner agree on. and what your life gives you time for

      Ideal is a concept. Everyone has an individual ideal.

        that's why i said "it's whatever you and your partner agree on"

        because even if you pick a number, most likely that won't actually happen because... life doesn't play nice with our ideals
